Since then it became natural for the other emperors to reside on the Palatine, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the Circus Maximus and the other beauties of the capital, vineyards and gardens, statues and paintings more and more villas that can be admired in this enchanting museum in unique open sky in the world.

The visit ends at the Arch of Constantine, the imposing triumphal arch located between the Palatine Hill and the Colosseum, completed in 315 to commemorate the victory of the Roman emperor Constantine I in the battle of Ponte Milvio. It is one of the three triumphal arches in Rome, made of marble with inscriptions and decorations in relief that make it one of the most beautiful jewels of ancient Rome.
