The lovely walk continues through the typical squares of the old town cloisters “chiostri” and and the good smell of bread will take you in the little streets of the old town in search of old wood-burning ovens where even today cooking bread and “focaccia”: a low bread, composed of a mixture of flour, water, salt, yeast and tomatoes cooked in a wood oven
